Like planets, the goddess asteroids and dwarf planets offer us rich symbolism to understand the nuanced aspects of ourselves.

The asteroids were first discovered in the early 1800s around the time of the suffragette movement and first-wave feminism. Since then, significant discoveries about the asteroids have coincided with milestones in gender equality. So, when we work with the asteroids, we explore the divine feminine aspects of ourselves beyond the maternal (Moon) and the lover (Venus). No matter what your gender identity, you can deepen self-knowledge by working with the asteroids in your chart. They also help define aspects of your life and personality the other planets just can’t.

Ceres: A dwarf planet named for the goddess of motherhood and agriculture. 

Juno: An asteroid named for the goddess of marriage. She’s also associated with feminism and personal power. 

Pallas Athene: An asteroid named for the goddess of war, wisdom, and the arts. 

Vesta: An asteroid named for the goddess of the home and hearth. She’s associated with sacred and even sexual rituals. 

Eris: The dwarf planet named for the goddess of discord. She’s associated with fighting for a cause, activism, and feminism. 

We talk about the mythology of these goddesses and discuss how to work with them in your charts. I offer descriptions for each asteroid’s sign and house placements. You will walk away from the webinar more awakened to your potential and more enlightened about aspects of yourself of which you may not have been consciously aware.
